was when the guy got his ass blown off by a grenade. think about it: the horros of war all encompassed in one action, why does one guy get his ass blown off and not others?
also, think about this, natives on an island in the south pacific (guadalcanal?) after the war are known as the cargo-cult people, because they made fake landing strips and control towers out of bamboo in hopes that planes carrying supplies and equipment would land on their island again. the noblity of tribals? i think not.
