...you have the right to stay. If she's such a close friend she shouldn't mind you being able to overhear or even see her having sex with her boyfriend. If she doesn't like the idea of that, maybe they should go somewhere else to fuck, it's not like there aren't plenty of other fine places to do it, most probably a lot more exciting than some empty dorm room.
