I do agree with you in the sense that THIS Paul was definitely lacking in the dignity department in the beginning... Again, though, i think that, as he underwent the transformation from being the Son of a Duke to the Messiah of the Fremen, this guy (I'm really gonna have to look up his name!) did approach the character depicted in Herbert's Novel..
