Liberals are not against war, ex-man? You're getting more delusional all the time!
The representative to the World Council of Churches from my denomination introduces what is called "A Modest Proposal" at each session: "Resolved, that Christians should no longer engage in war with other Christians." It's voted down EVERY TIME by the conservative factions tied to their governments who are in thrall to the moneyed interests for whom war is a profit center.
I demonstrated against the Gulf War, and I demonstrated against the ratcheting up of hostilities in the Balkans, as well as Clinton's illegal bombing of the pharmaceutical factory. As usual, ex-man, you're wrong. Unless you no longer consider me a "liberal."
