A long time ago (1980s) I was theater surfing and popped into a multiplex theater for a few minutes of a movie. I can't remember the name. It was a horror / supernatural type movie that was set (for no apparent reason) at about the time of the Revolution. The part I saw was about two children (who are narrating the movie) who are locked in a trunk and set afloat on a river. From what I saw it was one of the most bizarre nonlinear movies ever. I always meant to look it up but thats difficult not knowing the name.
Sound familiar to anybody?
