I think women who pull that sleep in the same bed but no sex shit are slutty as hell. First of all, what purpose does that serve? Second, it's just slutty. Those women are just asking for something to happen. It's completely inappropriate. It's like little slut gameplaying.
As for flirting, honest masterless I think you should realize most women simply LITERALLY cannot help it. Whether they have a boyfriend, Husband, multiple boyfriends, whatthefuckever. The just have to flirt and develop a crush on the nearest reasonably attractive male period. It doesn't mean a damn thing, as soon as they're around a different man then they have a crush on him instead.
