There are particles that travel backwards in time, or at least that's how physicists need to view them.
From what I remember of my university physics, once you pass over the speed of light, all the math works out ok; it just uses negative numbers (i.e. time reverses). It's just that at the point where v=c, you require infinite energy to move the particle. That's a bad thing.
The best argument for time travel being impossible is that we haven't been visited by anyone yet.
