If you are too serious a person to understand what a popcorn movie is, and have trouble calculating the extensive possibilites of movies actually being fun in your mind, then why do you care? Popcorn movies are movies that are fun to watch. They are not movies you dwell on hours after seeing, and not movies you analyze to the point of plot destruction. They are movies you eat a whole lotta popcorn during because you actually have *time* to eat your popcorn instead of concentrating on the intense interests and outbursts of the complicated characters. Chill duuuude....I always look like a dim bulb of a person staring at the screen with greasy fingers shoving popcorn in her mouth with an idiot grin on her face while watching movies, and that's cuz I know how to have a good time.
