I have to admit that it was not Elvis’ bounding up those stairs, but it was not Mr Platt either. It was in fact a stunt double. Neither Elvis or Mr Platt could even contemplate ascending stairs - there is a secret internal lift at Graceland which will soon need to be upgraded to a larger weight capacity.
As I indicated in my last message, Elvis was a bit worried when his daughter turned up a Graceland with her new bodyguard, and accompanying chimp and llama, but he had more important things on his mind. He had not eaten for an hour and the home-delivered pizza he had ordered was late.
You suggest that Elvis’ house staff would have pursued the llama, and once caught, cooked it. Do you honestly think that the house staff would have hung around once Jacko and his team turned up. In fact, once the staff had fled, the cooking was left to Bubbles and the local pizza place. Needless to say, Bubbles did not cook.
I agree that Bubbles was worried that Elvis’ large frame might fall on him. This was the reason that Elvis’ daughter’s marriage ended. Bubbles threatened to leave Jacko and go and back to the circus with the llama. Jacko thought that would be a good idea as long as he could go there too.
