Jamie Lee Curtis has a fine female frame, complete with breasts and vagina. However, she has no ovaries (but she can always adopt) but testes. The testes however, are not in the sack (hum) but -somewhere- in her lower body.
Anyway, I'm not that well informed about it, but all men and women can produce both male and female hormones. So I guess Jamie Lee Curtis, despite having testes (somewhere, somehow) still produces more female hormones.
I did read in a medical article (in a newspaper) that these women have all the appearances of normal women. It's even IRONIC, that this type of woman often has long legs and is in general good-looking.
