Jamie Lee Curtis.
Though I forgot what her exact chromosome-formula actually is, she has one extra sex-chromosome. If I got it correct, she has the outer appearance of a perfectly normal woman, but if you cut her open (disect) you'll find she has no ovaries but testes (somewhere halfway from the ovary- location to the place where testes are in a man's body).
My advice: don't ask, don't tell...
One of the few Jerry Springer shows that I have actually seen and actually thought interesting, was about a father and his grown daughter. Her whole youth she had been classified as a male, because she appeared to have male genitalia. A combination of a dominant mother (who prefered a son) and the morals of the time led to this 'solution': she was given hormones to suppress her feminine behaviour. Don't know if she actually had a sex-change, but when she stopped taking the hormones she became more like a woman (and, more importantly, she had felt a woman her entire life).
At least her father loved her, no matter what gender she was.
