and it doesn't always -- sometimes it's out back, taking a cigarette break while I sit waiting for my breakfast special... bitch! Thinks she's going to get a tip, does she?-- the term limey comes from the practice of carrying limes or lemons on board ships going out for long voyages in order to combat rickets. English sailors were known for their consuption of said fruits (no pun intended, of course).
