... is Cameron Crowe's pair of auto-fellatiac mini documentaries about his own movie, included on the DVD, wherein he pontificates about its incredible profundity and greatness at length until the viewer is left with little option but to torture some small animal within inches of death lest (s)he do so to his/her friends instead.
