She might just be the best, but I don't know. She absolutely blew me away the first time I saw her in "Sweet & Lowdown." This is maybe THE performance of the last decade. I also found her wonderful in "Jesus' Son" & she was superb (really the best thing) in "Minority Report." There's a great buzz surrounding her performance in "In America" as well. Looking at her imdb profile, she's been in a good deal of other stuff. I'm not willing to write off her performances based on the fact that they weren't BIG films. Maybe I should track some of these down.
