I see a lot of arcades with devices that include bodily participation. Ther's a ski/snowboard one that's common. With your'feet in a sort of nordic track setup.
There's always the ol' bike/racecar footpedal action.
I even saw the Galaxy Force game years ago in the early nineties that had a seat with 360 degrees rotation plus up and down banking and maybe some side tilting action. That one cost a dollar at the time.
Then there was that SEGA hologram game with live actors that I thought was pretty cool.
The way I see it, if they really would utilize the whole, bodily interactive machinery bit, they'd have the body suit virtual reality thing in every arcade plus some inovative machines and/or suround theater or even ones that include some sort of brain interaction like this

it's been done, not fake, i've read about it. Connecting with electronic impulses in the brain, to control things on screen.
