I completely agree with you! I was waiting for that moment in the film when it would be revealed that the Dickless Weasel was fornicating his daughters. Or that Mom was! But their suicides were stupid and meaningless and why didn't they just RUN AWAY FROM HOME? The last conversation they had with the guys was that they would "take them anywhere". So why didn't they? Even prostitution in Vegas for a while would be better than killing yourself. My mom was a lot like the movie one in real life. Only she died when I was 15, sparing me the hell she put my older sisters through.
