Actually the story of the Macy's meltdown is pretty good. Apparently he removed the dowel from a lingerie mannequin and began brandishing it at customers like it was a sword. He was screaming gibberish and when taken to the security office, tried to force his way into the TV monitor room yelling "those are my TVs!".
