Stop arguing about whether or not our government could do this, because you're over looking something very obvious: the media, and foreign leaders. What, you think that us going to war in Albania would go unnoticed by all other foreign leaders. They'd start asking questions, and soon, it would be revealed. Also, isn't someone in charge of Albania? What would this person do, just sit quietly. Also, what about reporters going there, and finding out that nothing is happening? Aside from all this, I just thought I'd add that Clinton giving her a hug at a rally is not a sign of anything. Period. This is stupid, pay attention to facts. Clinton would hug staff members whom he was friends with. In fact, wouldn't you think that if he were having an affair, he wouldn't tip his hand by giving her a hug? I'm not sure what to make of this whole issue, I haven't decided on whether or not he did it, but seeing Clinton hug her didn't change my mind one way or the other. It doesn't mean anything.
