Well, Mr Cranky needs to dislodge that stick up his rear end, at least temporarily. "Waiting For Guffman" is one of my favorite movies, and one must give the cast a lot of credit: they had no script.
One thing I noticed: Cranky didn't criticize the content of the movie. He just bitched and moaned about past movies that members of the cast had been in, and then complained about Parker Posey, who I thought was very good in this. Don't you have to constructively (or destructively, whichever is your cup of tea) criticize the film itself, not the history of the actors, to be a critic? Just a thought.
