10/04/97: Why was waiting for Guffman rated R

I counted the "F" words in this movie and there was only 3 (for which doing a scene from Raging Bull) and the rest of the movie was like a PG movie, besides a discussion about Vagina enlargements which was about a PG-13 conversation.
