Very few countries have totally free trade. It is, for the most part, a relative term. However, based on that article, it does seem that there is a good amount of trade between Canada and Cuba.
I posted it because I'm really puzzled by liberals who, on the one hand, complain about the U.S. having trade with third world countries, but who, at the same time, are against the U.S. embargo against Cuba.
For the record, I'm consistently in favor of free trade.
