You're just as shallow as everyone else here! Never sell yourself short.
If I could change something about myself, I wouldn't be so large. And I don't mean my weight, although I am working on that. I mean being built like a hulking ape gets a little tiresome because a lot of people find it intimidating, and I'm as gentle as a baby kitten!
And I'd give Mia longer legs and bigger tits too. And make her a deaf mute. I mean, if we're going to improve her, let's do it all the way!
