you can't. If you had time to take a break, you wouldn't be stressed. What I do is just push through in spite of all the stress, and remember that it won't kill you (probably), and eventually it will only be a memory. I pretty much hated college (I worked too, and was involved in a community service - voluntary). But I got done finally, and you could not pay me enough money to go back. So I sympathize big time.
One job I had to pay for college was at a car wash, in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I worked the pumps; this was pre self-serve. It was not a terribly stressful job mentally, but when it's 20 below out, and there's a line of cars halfway around the block and you're standing outside, freezing, pumping gas... I hoped their locks froze. Anyway, when it was really bad, I'd just keep thinking, I'll live, this will end, it will only be a memory someday. And I was right (though I did get frostbite one night, for real), and the memory is actually a more or less pleasant one. Though I do live in Florida now - no frostbite here.
