Because I've had a shit week and needed to laugh my ass off continuously for 90 minutes.
And I did!
There's no point in getting all 'high-brow' about this film because it ain't a high-brow film. It's just set-piece pisstake after pisstake held together by the basic storyline of "Scream" ....and most of it is just damn funny. I particularly liked James Van der Beek's (sp?) 3 second role and the Blair Witch send up was most amusing. I think Shannon Elizabeth has found her niche too.
Usually these types of films seem to have a 'watch once and never again' thing about them, but I think I'd actually watch this one again - the stupid jokes are REALLY stupid and the clever stuff really IS clever.
