Yes, I agree, music does show a lot about yourself. For example, if you don't like Led Zeppelin, you need to be fed to a hungry Xerox machine.
Now for my songs.....I went down a little different row. Even though I know John's no longer with them, perhaps they could get with one of his kids and reMAKE some songs I'd like to see the Fab Four do. Or go back in time and kidnap them during their prime. So here they are, the 25 Songs I'd Like To See The Beatles Do:
1) "Layla" - Cream
2) "The Wind Whispers Mary" - Jimi Hendrix
3) "Only God Can Judge Me" - Tupac Shakur
4) "Beat It" - Michael Jackson
5) "Fight For Your Right" - Beastie Boys
6) "Smells Like Teen Spirit" - Nirvana
7) "Parents Just Don't Understand" - DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince
8) "Kokomo" - The Beach Boys
9) "No Son Of Mine" - Phil Collins (or is that Genesis?)
10) "Time After Time" - Cyndi Lauper
11) "Dina-Moe Humm" - Frank Zappa
12) "Save Yourself" - Stabbing Westward
13) "Master Of Puppets" - Metallica
14) Theme from "Miami Vice"
15) "Paranoid" - Black Sabbath
16) "Wait & Bleed" - Slipknot
17) "Kiss From A Rose" - Seal
18) "We Are The World" - USA For Africa
19) "Born In The USA" - Bruce Springsteen
20) "Beautiful People" - Marilyn Manson
21) "Eat It" - Wierd Al
22) "Becoming" - Nine Inch Nails
23) "Come On Get Happy" - Partridge Family
24) "Bodyrockin'" - Moby
25) "Orinoco Flow" - Enya
I think that's a pretty good list myself.
