1.) Most over rated movie to win best picture?
I'd have to go with Titanic, although just about every Oscar winner is "overrated" in my humble opinion.
2.) Most over rated big grossing movie?
I'll go with Titanic.
3.) Most over rated foreign language movie?
I have never willingly watched a foreign language movie.
