Blockbusters can't really be characterized as "overrated" unless they're like "Forrest Gump" and "Titanic" and got a ton of (non-technial) awards and accolades as well. In which case, you find yourself rather limited as to what you can answer for # 2, because Oscar winners are already covered by # 1. "Star Wars Episode 4" would qualify because it DIDN'T win Best Picture but was nominated for it and received tons of acclaim in addition to $300M. But my choices (the "Home Alones") and "Star Wars Episode 1" hardly count because they were savaged by critics and even the fans of those movies are often hush-hush about it. It's actually kind of difficult to choose a legitimate answer to # 2.
However, I don't like to use the term "overrated," because EVERY movie is overrated to somebody and the overuse of that term by every Tom, Dick & Harry has made it quite worthless.
