Yup, I've seen 'Jean De Florette' and 'Manon Des Sources; I had to read the books for French classes in the long distant past, so I watched the movies as well. After Manon, I became convinced that the French countryside was inhabited by beautiful, flaxen-haired girls who would merrily skip through the fields whilst herding their small collection of goats. Alas I now suspect that the reality may be somewhat different! :(
I've also seen 'J'embrasse Pas', 'L'enfer' and 'Un Couer En Hiver', but the last thing I saw the lovely Ms. Béart in was the first 'Mission:Impossible'....
