We already have evidence that w. lied, and the government hasn't spent $70 million (or anywhere near that) yet. Lying's an impeachable offense according to the Republicans, right? He and his henchman Dick Cheney are also withholding records having to do with Dicky's little energy advisory commission, so that's obstruction of justice and another impeachable offense in the Republican playbook. Yeehaw, let's draft those articles!
