I thought We Were Soldiers Was a Resonably Good Film except for one annoying, distracting detail; Madeline Stowe's collagen injected lips. I like to see people's lips move when they talk unless they're ventriloquists. Can we not have people who look like actual people the age they are supposed to be in movies? Like Jack Nicholson and his wife in about Schmidt. They look real. If they wanted someone younger than Ms. Stowe they should have cast someone younger instead of the middle aged Ms. Stowe with the ridiculous, poofy, rigid, twenty something lips. Aaaagh!
