. . . the reason that Switzerland has a low murder rate, yet every adult male has a full-auto battle weapon is that EVERY MALE IS TRAINED IN THE RESPONSIBLE USE, CARE, AND STORAGE OF HIS WEAPON! Every male is a member of the Armed Forces, and subject to military displine in connection with the use of his weapon.
The gang-bangers and the no-minds wouldn't be able to get guns in Switzerland/Austria.
That's the damn difference.
