Well, it was yesterday here, but somewhere in the world it's today!
The daily broadsheet newspaper in my city was yesterday edited completely by female staff, the overwhelming majority of stories were written by female journalists and most of the pictures featured women. This was done in response to a United Nations call that all media should be turned over to women for the day. Which seems like a damn good idea to me.
