First off, "big tobacco" has become a way too conveinant target as of late - if people want to smoke, that's their choice (as long as it isn't in my face). Having said that, I really think that the tobacco executives who lied before Congress should go to jail for pergury. It's one thing for people to willingly smoke cigarettes that they know are bad for them, but its quite another for people to be lied to about health risks from those who cell the cigs (plus, there's the second hand smokers...)
