sorry if anyone has lost people due to smoking, I have too. Cig companies are no more evil than auto co.s(Ford) or tire co.s(firestone) the USA is just litigation crazy.
People have always known about the health risks of smoking. My mother quit when she had me(40 years ago), they knew then.
Prosecute for perjury, absolutely.
