Okay, let's break down the poster's name, shall we?

First, we have nickTheknife(s), which is the way our little pinheaded friend Mia Wallace writes it. For proof in this forum, see the above sample post of my handle with the "clever" twist, "hohoho nick The stalker." Notice the lower case first and third with the capitalized middle. I can only assunme that the "hohoho" part is a reference to Mia in triplicate.
Now, let's look at the rest of the message, that being
"you kiss your smother with that mouth?"
Referring to either an unnatural desire to suffocate me or yet another example of Mia's hydrocephalic humor rearing a misshapen skull.
Class dismissed.
