So what went wrong this time? Shouldn't I ask. Well now I don't get to find out what happened after my last hit and run.
heh. I haven't even seen another movie since. Nothing but crap on here at the moment, (except the Dish of course). We have to wait another week for Charlies Angels. Don't ask me why I'm hanging out for that one. Perhaps I just want to give up thinking for a couple of hours.
And I don't know why all you yankees are fretting about the election. At least you get 10 weeks before the President has to be sworn in. The way we do it, the PM/State Premier steps down on the night of the election, and then it can take two weeks or more to figure out who is next.
Did Bureaucrat tell you guys we had a vote card with 113 candidates on it. If you didn't like any of the party vote choices, you had to number all the boxes sequentially.

2. Sunripened warm tomato party
3. I forget.

Still you could have the NZ system. That's a doozy and gives them a hung parliment every time. They have candidates and seats, like a normal system, then they have a proportional representation system. Ie if some party gets 10% of the vote but doesn't actually win a seat, they get 10% of the seats allocated to the proportional system, ie if that was on in your country, Nadar would get 5% (?) of the "proportional" seats. Everyone represented, nobody can agree on anything. Or they keep changing their minds about what to agree with this week. Fluoride in. Fluoride out. Fluoride in and we turn it all about. Thats how you do the hokey pokey. Oops got distracted there.
My favourite - Bush gets to be President on Even days of the month. Gore gets to be President on Odd Days of the month. Any days over (ie more odd days than even), Nadar gets to be president. Can't get fairer than that right?
