In some TV shows about families, all but one of the kids would be teenagers being played by older actors, except they'd have one kid so young he had to be played by a real child actor. Billy Mumy in LOST IN SPACE and Adam Rich in EIGHT IS ENOUGH seemed kind of out of place among the adults.
