Let's just forget about the fucking thing and get the courts and legislature to work on the important things they _should_ be spending their time on. You know, little things like making sure that commerce occurs, the military is kept effective and free of fat, airplanes fly without crashing and the truly needy are fed, housed and helped to become more self-sufficient. All, hopefully, without stomping all over our enumerated and un-enumerated rights.
Fat chance. Judicial Activists and the Legislative branch are just like 10 year olds: if you leave them to their own devices they will squander all of their time on "fun" stuff and never have time to effectively handle the issues that aren't sexy.
Hell, next time just hire a Buddhist to design the money. I could give a shit.
