I think a Foley heel turn makes sense -- it'd be unexpected, but, at the same time, it is storyline plausible -- Foley's "I'll be referee to make sure everything is fair" looks like a pretext, it wouldn't much to make all those "I heard your wife was with Kurt Angle" comments that Foley's been using to incite Triple-H look pretty "heelish," and it'd be easy enough to justify Foley wanting Stone Cold out of action. . .he was promised a title shot. Actually, they could do an interesting "twist" on that story by having Foley point out that after he ran down Stone Cold, Vince double-crossed him and used Triple H to try to end his career. . .so now he's going to try to end Triple H's career. Not only would that fit the storyline, but it would definitely get Triple H over as a face. From there, there's a lot of ways they could go. . .

Frankly, I'll be disappointed if the culprit turns out to be Mr. Ass. I think Billy Gunn is talented, but it'd be a pretty big jump to take him from being the Road Dogg's tag partner to a main event caliber feud with Austin. I'd rather see Mr. Ass come back either as a FACE with feuds with his former partner DX buddy X-Pac or the RTC and Val Venis or as a heel taking on Jericho.

Test might work, because he's already semi-involved in the main storyline. Also, I think Test is pretty talented in-ring, and I was surprised at how good he was on the mike in his "I made the phone call" confession. Plus, if he can't hold up a storyline with Austin, they can always use Albert and do handicap matches, or bring back Shane in a heel role, use Shane's association with both Test and Benoit , and ultimately, the Big Show, to do an Austin v. Shane's heel stable storyline.
