This piece of wasted celluloid was never funny, and always offensive, with its "fun and hip" hit-people, gangsters, gunplay, and sleazes. No one in the film was likeable, and most never rose above drearily evil, especially Rosanna Arquette's character; I think Rosanna is very pretty, and can be a lot of fun in a movie in a scatterbrained kind of way, but she makes unfortunate script choices, sort of like Kim Basinger did pre-Alec Baldwin (except for the Getaway remake).
I rented this movie, so I couldn't just toss it in the trash where it belonged. That Bruce Willis was in this disaster doesn't surprise me, since he will step in front of any camera that happens to be running (Michael Caine Syndrome, I think it's called.)
