08/31/1998: Eamon,a SIMPSONS question

They did the Murderhorn episode last night. There's a part where they drive past the Police Picnic and the Mafia picnic. There's that shot of the mob guys,and it looks like Fat Tony has steel ankles instead of flesh.Is there something I don't know,here?
