Good film. Sufficiently atmospheric (though not really like "Seven"). An excellent script that takes a good look at police procedural. Cranky's right, however: the film has some pacing problems and--although I never lost interest--it's definitely too long at 2 hours, 40 minutes.
Amazing cast.
